The investigation into whether Sony Eurasia Pazarlama A.Ş. violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of determining the resale price of the products sold by its dealers was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 22.11.2018, the Competition Board decided that Sony Eurasia Pazarlama A.Ş violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of determining the resale price of its dealers with respect to online sales; thus the said undertaking shall be imposed administrative fines according to article 16 of the same Act.
