The investigation commenced about Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. in accordance with the Competition Board Decision dated 11.11.2009 has been completed. The decision of the Board in relation to the investigation was pronounced by the Competition Authority Vice-President H. Erkan Yardımcı today (09.06.2011) at 2 p.m.

As a result of the investigation made with a view to determining whether it infringed the Act No. 4054 by its practices directed at its distributors and dealers; it was resolved that an administrative fine of TL 91,942,343.31 be imposed on Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş.
