The Investigation concerning UCTEA Representative Office of Chamber of Mechanical Engineers in Burdur province and 15 Undertakings operating in the field of freelance mechanical engineering services concluded (15.12.2017)
The investigation conducted to find whether freelance mechanical engineers operating in Burdur province violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by creating a pool and sharing income was concluded.
As a result of the discussion of the file on 14.12.2017, the Competition Board decided that the following undertakings violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by means of price fixing and sharing income through creating a pool; thus the said undertakings shall be imposed administrative fines according to article 16 of the same Act:
