The investigation concerning Audi AG, Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, Daimler AG, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and Volkswagen AG, which was conducted to determine whether article 4 of the Act was violated, was concluded. 

As a result of the discussion of the file on 27.01.2022 by the Competition Board, it was decided that it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on Audi AG, Bayerische Motoren Werke AG, Daimler AG, Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and Volkswagen AG according to article 16 of the Act no 4054.
