The investigation which was initiated upon the allegation that the undertakings operating in the field of masks violated the Act no 4054 to increase prices together during the COVID-19 outbreak period, was completed. 

As a result of the discussion of the file by the Competition Board on 30.12.2020, it was decided that Akyel Medikal İth. İhr. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Atos Sağlık Ürün. Teks. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Awon İş Güvenliği Malz. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Başaran İş Elbiseleri ve İş Güvenliği Ekipmanları San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Honnes Sağlık ve Endüstriyel Ürünleri A.Ş., Karakaya İş Güvenliği Kişisel Koruma Donanımları San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Körfez İş Güvenliği Ekipmanları San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Merve Medikal San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., M.F.A. İş Güvenliği Medikal Tekstil İmalat Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti., Ossa Medikal ve Bilgisayar Tic. Ltd. Şti., Sağlık Market Sağlık Ürünleri İth. Paz. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., SBS Medikal Sağlık Malz. Paz. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Sier Sağlık Ürünleri ve Tekstil San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. did not violate the Act no 4054, therefore there was no need to impose administrative fines on the aforementioned undertakings in accordance with Article 16 of the same Act.
