The investigation about the claim that Medsantek Laboratuar Malzemeleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and Genomed Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş, which are authorized distributors of ThermoScientific’s DNA sequence analysis devices, abused their dominant position in the market for the said devices’ sales and maintenance in the market for kits used in those devices reached the hearing stage. The hearing will be held on March 13, 2019 at 10:30 AM.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on March 04, 2019
