The investigation initated with the Competition Board decision dated November 25, 2010, on Ak-ser İnş. Tur. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Akser), Ay-zel Müh. İnş. Taş. Tem. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Ayzel), Den-Or İnş. Taah. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Denor), Elsa Elk. İnş. Taah. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Elsa), Kayasan Yapı İnş. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Kayasan), Meliy-taş İnş. Tur. Gıda Teks. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Meliytaş), Nasibim İnş. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Nasibim), Ömeroğulları İnş. Gıda Ürün Teks. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Ömeroğulları) ve VBZ İnş. and Tic. Ltd. Şti. (VBZ) has been concluded. According to the decision, and within the framework of the relevant provisions Ay-zel, Meliytaş, Nasibim ve Kayasan among the aforementioned undertakings have been imposed an administrative fine of TL 64,369.92 for violating article 4 of the Act no 4054 through collusive bidding in tenders.
