Competition Board concluded the investigation conducted in order to determine whether Luxottica Gözlük Endüstri ve Ticaret A.Ş. violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 by its sales policies and other practices.

As a result of the discussion of file in the Competition Board meeting of 23.02.2017, it was decided that Luxottica Gözlük Endüstri ve Ticaret A.Ş. abused its dominant position via its practices aimed at complicating the operations of its competitors in the market and violated article 6 of the Act no 4054, and therefore an administrative fine was imposed on the abovementioned undertaking under article 16 of the same Act.
