The investigation conducted in order to determine whether Dow Türkiye Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 was concluded.

The investigation was launched as a result of the preliminary inquiry initiated in order to determine whether Dow Türkiye Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 through various practices.

As a result of the discussion of the file by the Competition Board on 13.10.2016, it was decided that Dow Türkiye Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. did not violate article 6 of the Act no 4054, and therefore it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the aforementioned undertaking under article 16 of the same Act.
