Competition Board concluded the investigation conducted in order to determine whether Aslanlar Metal Alüminyum P.V.C. Plastik İmalatı İth. İhr. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and Solar-San Vakumlu Cam Tüp Üretim San. ve Tic. A.Ş. violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 by colluding to restrict the supplies of and/or increase the prices of vacuum glass tubes.

As a result of the discussion of the file by the Competition Board on 23.02.2107, it was decided that Aslanlar Metal Alüminyum P.V.C. Plastik İmalatı İth. İhr. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and Solar-San Vakumlu Cam Tüp Üretim San. ve Tic. A.Ş. did not violate article 4 of the Act no 4054 and therefore it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the abovementioned undertakings under article 16 of the same Act.
