The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the application claiming that some members of the Steel Guardrail and Road Safety Systems Association and certain affiliates thereof violated article no 4054 by collusive bidding and price fixing.
The Board, after discussing the information and documents acquired and the observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 27.04.2017, took the decision no 17-14/208-M to launch an investigation on
in order to determine whether article 4 of the Act no 4054 was violated.
Article 4 of the Act no 4054 prohibits anti-competitive agreements and concerted practices between undertakings.
