Having discussed the information and documents acquired and observations made in an ongoing preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 30.09.2021, the Competition Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient and decided ex officio (with the decision no 21-44/655-M) that an investigation would be initiated about Sahibinden Bilgi Teknolojileri Pazarlama ve Ticaret AŞ to determine whether article 6 of the Act no 4054 was violated by means of preventing data transport and other ways with respect to online platform services.
