The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry into whether Krea İçerik Hizmetleri ve Prodüksiyon A.Ş., through its pricing conduct related to commercial packages including Turkish Super League and First League matches and its dealership system, and undertakings supplying those packages under the name of Digiturk dealers, through pricing and market sharing practices, violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no. 4054.

After discussing the information, documents and findings acquired in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 07.02.2019, the Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 19-06/45-M to initiate an investigation about the following undertakings in order to determine whether the undertakings in question violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054:
