The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted ex officio to determine whether Aegean Container Transporters Association and its members violated article 4 of the Act no. 4054 by means of price fixing.

After discussing the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry, the Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decisions dated 19.09.2018 and numbered 18-33/549-M  and dated 01.11.2018 no.18-41/660-M to initiate an investigation about the following undertakings in order to determine whether the undertakings in question violated article 4 of the Act no 4054:

• Ulupınar Nakliyat ve Orman Ürünleri Tic. ve San. Ltd. Şti.
