The investigation conducted to determine whether Mersin Şimşek Group Turizm İnşaat Petrol Ürünleri Gıda Taşımacılık Kuyumculuk San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. violated article 6 of the Act no 4054 was concluded.

The investigation was launched as a result of the preliminary inquiry carried out to determine whether Mersin Şimşek Group Turizm İnşaat Petrol Ürünleri Gıda Taşımacılık Kuyumculuk San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. obstructed the operations of office owners in the New Mersin Bus Terminal by implementing excessive pricing and refusing to allocate appropriate office space.

Following the discussion of the file by the Competition Board on 29.06.2016, it was decided that Mersin Şimşek Group Turizm İnşaat Petrol Ürünleri Gıda Taşımacılık Kuyumculuk San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. Did not violate article 6 of the Act no 4054 and therefore it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the aforementioned undertaking under article 16 of the same Act.
