Investigation Conducted in the Traffic Signalization Market Concluded (27.12.2012)

The investigation, initiated as a result of the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the leniency application which included the claim that eight undertakings operating in the traffic signalization materials market engaged in practices in violation of the Act no 4054 by acting in collusion in public tenders was concluded.
As a result of the investigation conducted concerning the undertakings titled

      - 3M Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,
      - Günsan Trafik Elektrik ve İnşaat Mühendislik Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti.,
      - Kisan İnşaat Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,
      - Kisan Trafik İşaretleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,
      - Makimsan Asfalt Taahhüt İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,
      - Özgürler Trafik İşaretleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd.,
      - Satra Trafik Sanayi İnşaat ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., and
      - Ulukar Elektronik Makina İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

it was decided, BY MAJORITY VOTE, that there was no sufficient evidence to prove 

      - 3M Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,
      - Günsan Trafik Elektrik ve İnşaat Mühendislik Sanayi Ticaret Ltd.,
      - Kisan İnşaat Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,
      - Kisan Trafik İşaretleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,
      - Özgürler Trafik İşaretleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.,
      - Satra Trafik Sanayi İnşaat ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.,
      - Ulukar Elektronik Makina İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.’nin,

committed any infringements under article 4 of the Act;
UNANIMOUSLY that there were no findings to suggest that the Act no 4054 was violated by 

      - Makimsan Asfalt Taahhüt İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

violated the Act no 4054;
and BY MAJORITY VOTE that imposing administrative fines on the aforementioned undertakings under Article 16 of the same Act was not necessary.
