The investigation conducted in response to the claim that Trakya Cam Sanayi A.Ş. (New title: Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş.) made unfair price increases in sheet glass products and violated the Act no 4054 was concluded. 

As a result of the discussion of the file on 26.08.2021 by the Competition Board, it was decided that Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. has dominant position in the markets for sheet glass; however Türkiye Şişe ve Cam Fabrikaları A.Ş. did not violate the provision of article 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of excessive pricing in the market for sheet glass during the period examined; therefore it is not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertaking according to article 16 of the same Act.
