The preliminary inquiry conducted upon the application regarding the claim that Singer Dikiş Makineleri Tic. A.Ş. violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054 by means of its activities in the market for supplying sewing machines was concluded. 

The Competition Board discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 04.03.2021 and concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 21-11/147-M to initiate an investigation about Singer Dikiş Makineleri Tic. A.Ş. in order to determine whether articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054 were violated.
