Investigation conducted to determine whether Radontek Medikal İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. violated article 6 of the Act no. 4054 by means of abusing its dominant position in the markets for CyberKnife radiotherapy devices of Accuray, their spare parts and repair and maintenance services was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 11.10.2018, the Competition Board decided that Radontek Medikal İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. violated article 6 of the Act no. 4054; thus the said undertaking shall be imposed administrative fines according to article 16 of the same Act.
