The investigation which was conducted to determine whether Kadıoğlu Kırtasiye Pazarlama Ticaret AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of determining the sale prices and restricting the online sales of its resellers has been concluded.

Having discussed the file on 27.12.2024, the Competition Board decided that Kadıoğlu Kırtasiye Pazarlama Ticaret AŞ violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition; therefore, administrative fines shall be imposed on the said undertaking.
