The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted upon the claim that article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition was violated by means of gentlemen’s agreements in the labor market.
 
Having discussed the information and documents acquired and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 21.04.2022, the Competition Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 22-18/301-M to initiate an investigation about Etiya Bilgi Teknolojileri Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Pia Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., İnnova Bilişim Çözümleri A.Ş., NETAŞ Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., MAGİS Teknoloji A.Ş., Kafein Yazılım Hizmetleri Tic. A.Ş. and RDC Partner Bilişim Danışmanlık ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. To determine whether article 4 of the Act no 4054 was violated.
