The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the application with the claim that biopharma logistics undertakings titled Biopharma Logistics Uluslararası Taşımacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Transorient Uluslararası Taşımacılık ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Tunaset Biofarma Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş., which carry out qualified local and international door-to-door transportation services for the health sector, violated article 4 of Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of making agreements for customer allocation and imposing non-compete obligation to the allocated customers.
After discussing the information and documents obtained and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting of 26.04.2021, the Competition Board concluded that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision no 21-23/272-M to initiate an investigation about:
