Investigation about whether Abalıoğlu Yem Soya ve Tekstil A.Ş. violated article 4 of the Act no. 4054 was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 13.03.2019, the Competition Board decided that Abalıoğlu Yem Soya ve Tekstil A.Ş. did not violate articles the Act no 4054; thus it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertaking according to article 16 of the same Act.
