The investigation about the claim that Samsung Electronics İstanbul Pazarlama ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, LG Electronics Ticaret AŞ and SVS Dayanıklı Tüketim Malları Pazarlama ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of resale price maintenance has been concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file on 03.08.2023, the Competition Board has decided that Samsung Electronics İstanbul Pazarlama ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, LG Electronics Ticaret AŞ and SVS Dayanıklı Tüketim Malları Pazarlama ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of resale price maintenance; thus, the said undertaking shall be imposed administrative fines.
