The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry conducted into the claim that Saint-Joseph Private French High School, Saint Benoît Private French High School, Notre-Dame de Sion Private French High School, Saint Michel Private French High School and Sainte Pulchérie Private French High School, which are France origin private education institutions operating in İstanbul, violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of price fixing.
Having discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made during the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 10.11.2022, the Competition Board considered the findings significant and sufficient and took the decision numbered 22-51/766-M to initiate an investigation about Saint-Joseph Private French High School, Saint Benoît Private French High School, Notre-Dame de Sion Private French High School, Saint Michel Private French High School and Sainte Pulchérie Private French High School.
