The investigation conducted to determine whether Sahibinden Bilgi Teknolojileri Paz. ve Tic. A.Ş. violated article 6 of the Act no. 4054 by means of excessive pricing in the market for online platform services for renting/selling vehicles and real estate was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 01.10.2018, the Competition Board decided that Sahibinden Bilgi Teknolojileri Paz. ve Tic. A.Ş.  violated article 6 of the Act no. 4054; thus the said undertaking shall be imposed administrative fines according to article 16 of the same Act.
