The investigation whether Red Bull Gıda Dağıtım ve Pazarlama Tic. Ltd. Şti. violated the Act no 4054 by means of de facto exclusivity and resale price maintenance was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 19.12.2019, the Competition Board decided that Red Bull Gıda Dağıtım ve Pazarlama Tic. Ltd. Şti. did not violate the Act no 4054; thus it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertaking according to article 16 of the same Act.
