The investigation launched on Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. to determine whether the undertaking violated the Act no 4054 by delaying, obstructing and/or hindering the facility sharing applications submitted has reached the investigation stage. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertaking will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at 11.00 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on Monday, May 16, 2016.
