all of which operate in the computers, gaming consoles and/or consumer electronics fields violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 trhough vertical or horizontal agreements or through concerted practices has entered the hearing phase. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at 11.00 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on Friday, August 26, 2016.
