In accordance with the Competition Board decision dated 19.08.2009, the hearing for the investigation initiated concerning Akbank T.A.Ş., Denizbank A.Ş., Finans Bank A.Ş., Türkiye Garanti Bankası A.Ş., Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş., Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. and Yapı Kredi Bankası A.Ş. will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2011.
             
Complainants and third parties who wish to take part in the hearing in accordance with the “Communiqué on Hearing Held Before the Competition Board” must apply to the Competition Authority until the end of the working hours on Monday, February  21, 2011, together with an application form that includes any information and documents demonstrating their interest in the subject matter of the hearing.
