The investigation conducted on Solgar Vitamin ve Sağlık Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in order to determine whether the undertaking concerned violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054 has reached the hearing phase. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at 15.00 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the investigation until the end of the business hours on Monday, February 01, 2016.
