The investigation conducted on Sodexo Motivasyon Çözümleri A.Ş. (current commercial title Sodexho Avantaj ve Ödüllendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş.) and Accor Servisleri International A.Ş. (current commercial title Edenred Kurumsal Çözümler A.Ş.) in response to the application claiming that these companies violated the Act no 4054 by collusive bidding, allocating tenders and customers, jointly setting terms of sales, complicating the operations of their competitors, that in addition undertakings operating in the meal ticket/card sector jointly acted to take commissions at high rates of 7 to 10% from restaurants, that meal ticket/card providers took unfair advantage of their strong position in the contracts they signed with diners, restaurants and snack bars to create market conditions harmful for these businesses, that the circulation of such tickets as if they are a currency had negative effects on worker salaries and productivity has reached the hearing phase. The hearing concerned will be held on October 31, 2018, at 14.00.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the business hours on Monday, October 22, 2018.
