The investigation concerning the eight undertakings operating in the traffic signaling sector has reached the hearing stage.

The hearing concerning 3M Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Kisan İnşaat Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,Kisan Trafik İşaretleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Özgürler Trafik İşaretleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Ulukar Elektronik Makina İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Günsan Trafik Elektrik ve İnşaat Mühendislik Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Satra Trafik Sanayi İnşaat ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Makimsan Asfalt Taahhüt İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A. Ş. which are under investigation will be held on September 11, 2012, Tuesday, at 10:00 a.m.

Third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the investigation until the end of the business hours on Tuesday, September 04, 2012.
