The investigation which was conducted in order to determine whether Hyundai dealers operating in İstanbul violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 has reached the hearing stage. The hearing concerning the aforementioned undertakings will be held on Tuesday, December 03, 2013, at 10:00 am.

Complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting in accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board" should apply to the Competition Authority with a petition containing the information and documents which establish their interest in the investigation until the end of the business hours on Friday, November 22, 2013.
