The investigation about the claims that chicken meat and eggs by the Lezita brand belonging to Abalıoğlu Yem Soya ve Tekstil A.Ş. are provided to the applicant via a contract including exclusive dealership condition and that the Act No. 4054 was infringed due to the annulment of the contract because the applicant sold products by other brands reached the hearing stage. The hearing will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who wish to attend the meeting should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which establish their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of the working hours on Wednesday, February 20, 2019
