Complaints previously submitted to the Competition Authority via e-mail shall henceforth be submitted via the "Şikayetim Var" (Online Complaint) link on the right side of the Turkish version of the Competition Authority website.

"The Form Concerning the Commitments under the Framework of Article 14 of the Communiqué no 2010/4," in the attachment to the Guidelines adopted with the Competition Board decision dated 16.06.2011 and numbered 11-37--792-RM (5), shall be soon made accessible in the "Application Guide" section of the website.
