In its meeting dated January 12, 2011, the Competition Board decided to initiate an investigation concerning Beckman Coulter Biomedikal Ürünler San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., Siemens Healthcare Diagnostik Tic. Ltd. Şti., Roche Diagnostik Sistemleri Ticaret A.Ş., Abbott Laboratuarları İthalat İhracat ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and Mediset Tıbbi Malzemeler İthalat ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., which are operating in the market for diagnostic products and services, to find whether they have violated the Act No. 4054 through collusive conduct.
