ARTICLE 1 – (1) The lower threshold for administrative fines regulated in paragraph 1, article 16 of the Act on the Protection of Competition, dated 7/12/1994 and numbered 4054 was increased to 31.903 TL, to be valid from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020, based on the re-valuation rate of 22,58% specified for the year 2019 in the Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué (Item No. 512), published in the Official gazette dated  23/12/2019 and numbered 30987.

ARTICLE 2 - (1) This Communiqué shall enter into force on 1/1/2020.

ARTICLE 3 - (1) The provisions of this Communiqué shall be executed by the President of the Competition Authority.
