The Competition Board concluded the preliminary inquiry, which was conducted into the claims that Yemek Sepeti Elektronik İletişim Perakende Gıda AŞ violated article 4 and/or 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of requiring its own delivery service and complicating member businesses’ activities within the scope of online food order-delivery platform service.  

The Competition Board discussed the information and documents obtained and observations made in the preliminary inquiry in its meeting on 07.03.2024 and considered that the findings were significant and sufficient, and took the decision numbered 24-12/211-M to initiate an investigation about Yemek Sepeti Elektronik İletişim Perakende Gıda AŞ.
