In accordance with Article 39/c of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition and the provisions of the “Communiqué concerning the Payments to be Made by Joint Stock and Limited Companies under the Act no 4054 (2017/4)”, which was published to set out the principles of the payments to be made under the aforementioned Article, starting from 01.01.2018, the relevant payments will be made to the affiliated Chambers of Trade and Chambers of Trade and Industry under the Protocol signed by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, Competition Authority and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye related to the collection of the 0.04% of the founding capitals of the newly established partnerships with limited or joint-stock company status, or, in case of capital increase, of the increased portion of the capital.
