The new “Regulation on Active Cooperation for Detecting Cartels”, which was issued by the Competition Board, was published in the Official Gazette dated December 16, 2023 and entered into force.  New provisions in the Regulation, the issues that are different from the abolished Regulation and the titles to be included in the guidelines, which will be issued to explain the Regulation, will be discussed in the webinar that will be organized on December 26, 2023 between 10:30 and 12:00.
The webinar will include a presentation by the Secondary Regulation Preparation Group, who prepared the draft Regulation and a section on questions and answers. Registration form for the webinar is below. Online meeting link for the webinar will be shared with the registered participants.
