The investigation of the Competition Board about Turkish Airlines was completed. As a result of the investigation, the Board decided that a violation by Turkish Airlines by abusing its dominant position via discriminatory practices against Pegasus regarding domestic and international lines from Istanbul could not be detected. Consequently, it was concluded that Turkish Airlines would not be imposed administrative fines; however, an opinion should be sent to the undertakings and institutions concerned in order to establish a sound competition environment.
