The investigation conducted into the allegation that D Elektronik Şans Oyunları ve Yayıncılık AŞ (Nesine.com) violated the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by its agreements with exclusivity provisions has been concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the file by the Competition Board on 29.02.2024, it was decided that D Elektronik Şans Oyunları ve Yayıncılık AŞ violated Article 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition and thus should be imposed administrative fines.
