The investigation conducted to determine whether Lüleburgaz Chamber of Commercial Vehicle Drivers and Owners, which operates Lüleburgaz Municipality Bus Terminal, abused its dominant position by refusing to rent offices to the complainant was completed.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 07.09.2017, the Competition Board decided that Lüleburgaz Chamber of Commercial Vehicle Drivers and Owners, did not violate article 6 of the Act no 4054; thus it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertaking according to article 16 of the same Act.
