The investigation conducted into Anadolu Elektronik Aletler Paz. ve Tic. A.Ş. and Samsung Electronics İstanbul Paz. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. has been completed. The decision was announced on 27.06.2011. 

The investigation conducted into Anadolu Elektronik Aletler Paz. ve Tic. A.Ş. and Samsung Electronics İstanbul Paz. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. in accordance with the Competition Board decision dated 17.05.2011 has been completed. The decision of the Board relating to the investigation was announced by Fevzi Özkan, Vice President of the Competition Authority, on 27.06.2011.

As a result of the investigation, which was conducted with a view to determining whether the undertakings cited infringed the Act No. 4054 through determining the resale price of their purchasers; it has been decided that an administrative fine of TL 1,066,669.72 shall be imposed on Anadolu Elektronik Aletler Paz ve Tic. A.Ş. and that Samsung Electronics İstanbul Paz. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. did not infringe competition within the scope of article 4 of the Act No. 4054.
