The investigation conducted in response to the claim that Göltaş Göller Bölgesi Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and As Çimento Sanayi ve Tic A.Ş. prevented cement producers from entering to Isparta province, made pressure on ready-mixed cement facilities in the region, agreed with Afyon Çimento San. Tic. A.Ş. and Konya Çimento San. A.Ş. and consequently those four undertakings increased cement prices together and allocated cement market was concluded.

As a result of the discussion of the contents of the file on 23.01.2020, the Competition Board decided that Afyon Çimento San. Tic. A.Ş., As Çimento San. ve Tic. A.Ş, Göltaş Göller Yöresi Çimento San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and Konya Çimento San. A.Ş did not violate the Act no 4054; therefore, it was not necessary to impose administrative fines on the said undertakings according to article 16 of the same Act.
