The investigation conducted with the decision of the Competition Board dated 19.09.2024 and numbered 24-38/897-M about the economic unity composed of Biota Bitkisel İlaç ve Kozmetik Laboratuarları AŞ, Derma Cos İlaç Medikal ve Kozmetik Sanayii ve İç Ticaret AŞ and Derma-Cos Kozmetik Sanayi Ticaret İthalat ve İhracat Limited Şirketi on the grounds that they determined the sales prices of resellers and thereby violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 has been concluded with settlement. It has been decided that the economic unity in question shall be imposed 31.395.633,86 TL administrative fines and the investigation conducted shall be terminated in terms of the said economic unity with settlement.
