The hearing for the investigation that is being conducted in accordance with the Competition Board decisions dated 9 September 2009 and 28 January 2010 in order to determine whether the twenty three undertakings, which operate in the motor vehicles market, infringed Article 4 of the Act No. 4054 through the exchange of  target and stock information as well as sales and price strategies, will be held on Tuesday, 12 April 2011, at 10.00, at the headquarters building of the Competition Authority.
 
According to the “Communiqué on Hearings Held vis-à-vis the Competition Board”, it is required that the complainants and third parties wishing to participate in the hearing apply to the Competition Authority by the end of the work day on Monday, 28 March 2011, together with a petition including the information and documents showing their interest in relation to the subject of the hearing.
