The investigation conducted upon the annulment of the decision of the Competition Board dated 01.11.2018 and no 18-41/652-318 with the decision of the Ankara Regional Administrative Court 8th Administrative Case Chamber dated 09.03.2022 and no 2021/896 E. 2022/353 K. to determine whether Petrofis Akaryakıt Dağıtım Hizmetleri AŞ, THY Opet Havacılık Yakıtları AŞ and Triple Star Aviation Ltd., which operates as an intermediary, have violated articles 4 and 6 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by means of their activities in the market for fuel supply to private jets has reached the hearing stage.  The hearing will be held on October 17, 2023 at 10:30 AM.

In accordance with the "Communiqué on Hearings Held before the Competition Board", complainants and third parties who want to attend the meeting to speak should apply to the Competition Authority together with a petition including the information and documents which show their interest in the subject matter of the meeting until the end of working hours on October 10, 2023. 

Those who want to attend the hearing as audience can follow the meeting online. To this end, the participation form should be filled according to the instructions on the Competition Authority website until half an hour before the meeting time.
