The hearing for the investigation conducted to determine if some undertakings operating in the production and sales of cement and ready-mix concrete in the Hatay province violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by jointly setting their prices and allocating regions/customers, which was scheduled for March 4, 2025 at 10:30 am, has been postponed to 12:00 pm on the same date.

Those who wish to sit in on the hearing can follow the meeting online. To that end, the participation form must be filled in accordance with the directions on the Competition Authority website, half an hour before the time of the meeting at the latest.
